    I don't know what it's called

    There's a small piece of metal that is rubber coated that sits on the door frame up near the glass that is shaped like a "U".  Does anyone know what this thing is called?  The screws on the piece on my '72 Challenger backed out enough to where it got loose and now it's been bashed and warped beyond repair from shutting my door on it.
    Any help would be appreciated.
