Screw 'em if they can't take a joke. Looks great, nice to see something different.

And thanks for posting all the pics. I'm really enjoying all the close-up shots of a '72 in good condition.  ;)  Keep it up.

:D April, I like it very much how you personalized it, some may not like it but you don't have to please them now do you! Looking goooooood! I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of your hubbys 442 when you get a chance. If you are disinclined to post them here, you could just send them to my e-mail.  ::)  I am sure no one would mind having a "your fathers car" on here.  :o  :o J/K Remember the Oldsmobile comercials, seems like every grandpa in town use to have an "Olds".  ;D  ;)
Seriously, I do like and respect the 442 very much, they were not a car to be taken lightly, one of GM's better ideas if you ask me.

Hmmm, the secret?  Paint your car pink  LOL.  Just kidding of course.  You just have to get the wife a car of her own to do what she wants to do to it.   I have always loved cars.  Believe it or not, when I was younger and stupid I thought I wanted a Chevelle.   I liked the rear end of a 71-72 (round tail lights) and liked the front clip of the 70 (double headlights) so a had planned to get a 71-72 and put a 70 front clip on it.  I am glad I never went through with that.  What fun would that be when everyone and their mother has a Chevelle.  :-X  Now I feel like I am just rambling.......
