727 Shift Kit questions....
« on: February 09, 2010 - 07:47:56 PM »
I'd like my 727 to shift hard enough that it chirps the tires when it shifts under power. Will a '' shift kit '' do that?
The guy that built my transmission said he drilled it like a B&H shift kit. I don't have any idea what that actually means. Mine shifts OK, but I was hoping for a more positive shift.
What does it take to get that?

I have a TransGo shift kit. I love it!   :bananasmi

It's definitely an awesome feeling when you get on it.

What does block the accumulator mean? How do you turn up the line pressure?

Get a Griner valve body!! Steve Griner makes some of the best valve bodies in the racing world bar none. I have a Griner reverse manual in my 727. It is awesome and hits very hard when shifting. You can buy them thru Mancini Racing.  :burnout:
