Armrest wells
« on: February 21, 2010 - 08:31:03 PM »
I found a set of armrests with the wells or "cups" in them. I would only buy them because I need the cups. It says they fit 70-74 cuda. I know '70 and I think '71 were metal and the latter were plastic. Is there a difference in the design or is it the same and just a different material...will they fit a '72 armrest regardless of year? Is there a difference between a cuda and barracuda armrest?

IndyCuda-
The Year One catalog advertises the armrest as 70-74.  They are also advertised as "Mopar authentic restoration product."
Assuming that the armrest itself is the same for 70-74, then the cup should fit any 70-74 Cuda armrest.
Logically speaking (no gaurantees  ::))

Hope that helps

If this were a Challenger I would say you are good to go. In fact the buckets will fit either side door panel(not side specific)....But this is from a guy owning a Challenger.   :lol:

Really, I think you will be OK.
