1971 Cuda Repro Grilles?
« on: February 28, 2010 - 08:30:29 PM »
Does anybody know who sells the 1971 Cuda reproduction grilles? I thought that Roseville Moparts offered them at one time, but I don't see them for sale on their site any longer. Does anyone else sell them still?

Premier Plastics made the awful Urethane ones.

There's hope left for these to be made someday:

I remember ordering one from Premier Plastics a couple years ago. I paid for it and NEVER received it. They wouldn't return calls or e-mails, so I never got to check out their repro grilles. Apparently I wasn't missing out on anything except my $800 (for the grille and cheese grater inserts).

I cant vouch for this ebayer, but OEM is what you are pretty much looking at.  Auction appears to    Includes the VERY high priced trim as well

Thanks. I was actually looking around for a friend who needs one. I'll share this one with him and let him know he may just have to keep an eye on B/E&A for their reproductions in the future.

Premier plastic WAS doing them and often on Ebay put one up but you wont get it, They are true scammers. I do know that there is one in the works and tooling is being worked on,  the one in PG classics book is a teaser and NOT available.

The bag thing:  Its not just the grill that is expensive  All the trim is major bucks as well

Yes, it's not difficult to wrap up over $2500 if you want a show-quality 71 cuda grille. With all new accessories (stainless trim, cheese graters, headlight rings, clips, mounting hardware) on my current grill, I know I've got that much wrapped up in it at least.
