ok heres some pics. how many clips do you need?  :chatting: the bkue clip is an original from my car, the one with the foam is NOS and the bare dark green is RT specialties  :2thumbs: oh and theres an example of it mounted in the
"top-of-door chrome"
Ok Wally, It's been a while but I'm back now and working on the car.  Heres my latest question for you or anybody that can answer.  The last picture you posted shows the clip in the belt molding.  The way I see it the spring/wire can be on the top or bottom of the trim, which way does it go?  Also, do you put the clips in the door then attach the molding to the mounted clips?  Thanks to anyone that can help here, Chuck

I haven't installed mine yet, but I would say the clips go in the molding first, and it may not matter which way since I think they are designed to keep the stud in the middle of the molding.

Im gonna go with Ksierens here eas well. It would be easier to stick them in the moulding first b/c if not, you'd have to go along individually and try to work them in. Good Luck!

Guys .... can you repost the pictures of the clips and their location?   My car came with them, but the parts were in the trunk without the clips.    thanks ...

Thanks Wally .... perhaps you could email them to me if you have them.   I am sure others would appreciate viewing them on the site?   The topic seems to only come up about once a year.   I went to R/T Specialties and they have a set of clips.    I wonder if they have any documentation for installation?

Let  me know if you find the pics.

thanks .... Gary
