AC duct divider box
« on: February 27, 2010 - 02:04:55 PM »
Hi guys,

I've been trying to source one locally but no luck so far. So if someone has one available and is willing to ship it to Finland via USPS please send me an email or private message. I don't have a pic at hand at the moment but it is the divider thingie which attaches directly to the AC box and divides the air passage to the drivers side and some other direction, mayby the center vents? I only need the divider, I sourced the drivers side duct locally and rest of the ducts were still on my car when I received it.

Thanks,

Ville

I parted a AC box out and may have the divider you need. I'll look Sunday for it and if I find the divider I'll post a picture so you can see if this is what you need. The only part I found is not the part I think you are looking for. The part thar the tubes hook to for the drivers side air vet and defroster vent I must have got rid of already. Here is a picture of what I found today.

Yeah, I'm looking the part in which the drivers side and defroster tubes attach. I'm not sure what part is in your picture? I might be missing that too, because it doesn't look familiar to me.

The part I'm looking for is the uppermost part on the following pic. I already have the both ducts that are below it.

I see them on e-bay all the time.

Just create a bunch of searches like "cuda duct" and "challenger duct" and have them give you email alerts.

Thanks for the item number! To me the asking price seems somewhat high? Or am I just cheap?

I will send him an offer if I cannot find it elsewhere first.

I'd offer like $35.00.

DOesn't even have the foam gasket (are those repro'd?).  Just be patient.  I picked up a couple in the last few months for less than $35.00.
