I think your best possibility would be a 383 or a 360 small block. No way will you find any of the other big blocks for that price ready to run, unless it is a low-compression motor home/truck engine. Any of these near that price range complete I would think would at least need a refresh, if not a rebuild. I hope you can find what you're looking for, but I would be surprised.
