...Then there is always Brett Favre that doesn't know what he will do with his life.   :stirpot:

Sorry about your closer, but I'm probably the only Pirates fan left. They don't need a closer since they never have the lead.    :pullinghair:

Oh no your not, I've been a Buco fan even before I claimed the Steelers back in 1969-1970 season  :2thumbs:  My oldest son who lives up near Toledo travels to Columbus each weekend to play in an inner city league, why? Because he plays on the Pirates team of course. For a few years he and a buddy of his traveled and stayed on an old school bus they bought and fixed up and it was painted with Pirate logos and colors. I remeber distinctly driving over to Pittsburg to watch the Pirates play at least once a month. Can you beleive field box seats for $5.00 a piece,..............now that goes back a few years.  :roflsmiley: But they sure have sucked the last few (many  :roflsmiley: ) years, seems like no money, they "sell" their good players.  :pullinghair:

Well I feel bad for him, but I won't miss seeing him huffing and puffing and motor-boating his lips on the mound against us.

know what you mean kurt.he's 30-for-30 against the tigers in save opportunities.career era of 0.85 against the royals.leads all closers with 246 saves since 2004.man it's going to hurt us this year if he is done for the season.  :22yikes:

I'm hoping Rauch will step it up, or maybe even Neshek if he's recovered 98-100%. Pat will be nice to have back.
