I'm still confused why they would fake a title (if it is fake) with the name Carmen Sandiego....would just raise a flag looking at it....  :dunno:
Title was proved it is 100% fake.

I just discovered that eBay removed the Elvis Cuda listing -- who knows why for sure, but it is curious.

The owner was bummed out about all the Elvis attention the car was getting so decided to sell.  Now that the Elvis connection has been proven bogus, the car will get much less attention and the owner can now relax, keep the car, and enjoy it.

If he didn`t want attention why did he let Mopar Action do an article, claim it was an Elvis car and even has an Elvis license plate? The article says he is a cop!

It probably did not help that the seller was called out by name in the MA correction release, along with a question as to why the listing had not been pulled.  Apparently this car was also supposed to go through a Leake auction in San Antonio later this month, and they had been publicizing it as the Elvis car, then had to eat crow.  It's pretty irresponsible for these people (MA and Leake included) to jump all over this stuff without doing the slightest bit of research to determine the validity.  Sorry about the rant but it pisses me off when people try to pass things off as something that they are not, and say stuff like, rarest of the rare, top of the line, once in a lifetime chance, finest ever, and the list goes on.

The mag, auction house or even a broker don`t have the time to research every car they see so it is 100% the owner who is the loser for trying to pass it off for something it isn`t.

I agree with you about the "rare, finest  :blah:  :blah: " BS.
