cuda trunk
« on: March 14, 2010 - 10:09:09 AM »
I am replacing the complete trunk floor in my cuda. It was a complete mess of patch work. I was wondering if anyone had any photos to show the way it should look eg. jack mount, spare tire bracket (conv), exhaust hangers, gas tank braces. Thank you for any help.

I recently replaced the trunk pan in my 'Cuda.  Here are a few photos.  I will also do a second post of some pics I have saved for reference that have the jack, spare tire, etc.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

^ why did you get a 2 piece floor when you have all metal removed ? 1 piece floor would be much better and faster to install

Thanks for all the photos. I was just wondering if the wire going down was for fuel guage My trunk was a mess. Also is there plates for exhaust hangers or heat shields.

Yes, that wire is for the fuel sending unit. It should be blue.

I used the two piece pan because at the time I purchased it I had not planned on replacing the quarters.  That came later.
