What axle gears do you have, and is your truck auto or 4 speed?  You don't have a roller cam do you?
I put a Lunati voodoo hyd flat tappet in my 67 3/4 ton 4x4.  Its a heavy truck with 4.10 axle gears.   I picked one with 207/213 duration @ 0.05 lift, with rpm range 800-5000 rpm.  Works real well as daily driver with great torque from idle thru around 3500-4000 rpm.
For your dodge, they offer part number 60401.  This is the lowest rpm range they offer at 1000-5000 rpm so won't have the immediate strong pull straight off idle.   Says its good for heavy towing meaning it will work best having the rpm's at mid range.
You could call Lunati, explain your needs, and they can cut a custom cam for you. The cost is nearly or equal to just buying off the shelf.  I had no problems working with them the last time I called.
Contact Lunati Tech Line: 662-892-1500
Hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 6PM CST
For these flat tappet cams you MUST USE cam lube break in additive in the engine oil.  Use the assembly lube that comes with the cam, but then add the oil additive to the engine oil, or buy oil specially designed for flat tappet cam break in.  The oil needs to have high Zinc content that has been removed from nearly all current engine oils to meet the environmental stuff going on now.

Yes they sell cam/lifter kits.  Your axle gear ratio is good, but the auto trans with only 3 gears may work better with something like the 207/213 duration at 0.050 rather than the 213/220 that the 60401 cam offers.  I would recommend a split pattern cam with more exhaust duration than intake duration, like the ones we've been talking about, because they would work the best with stock exhaust system.
I would suggest asking them if they can grind you a small block mopar cam with 207/213 duration at 0.05, with 112/108 lobe separation angle.  They grind a cam with this spec for small block chevy, grind number 01/250/260, ask for that grind number.  It would have a smooth idle, uses the same rocker ratio you have, is not too aggressive so would last many miles.
Their website says the 207/213 grind has:
The best torque cam. Expect strong low to mid range horsepower and torque gains. Excellent for RV type vehicles, pleasure boats or towing applications.
If you want more of the performance lumpy-idle sound, then maybe stick with the 60401 cam, with 1000-5000 rpm range.  Probably not the best for towing, Won't pull strong right off idle, but would sound more performance if thats what you would rather have.
