Clock...or, maybe a perfect place for an oil gauge?
Checkout redline: http://www.redlinegaugeworks.com/products.asp
They have gauges for the standard dash.

BTW - welcome!!
FWIW, pick up some books on the Cuda.  My favorites are the actual manuals from Chrysler.  They are made up of two books: Chassis Service and Body Service.  Also, order a Year One catalog, they explain where the parts go and what's appropriate for each year model.

On my '70 Challenger I put an oil gauge in the blanked hole.  I used a Smiths mechanical gauge as was used on some old '60s '70s British cars and made a little cover for the pointer so it matched the others.  It came out quite stock-looking.
