I have 235/60-15's up front now on 15x7" rally wheels. am I going to have clearance issues if I went to 245's?

The best way to check is turn your wheel all the way lock to lock.  At each lock, check your clearance.  Your are only adding 5mm to each side, which is roughly 1/4 inch.  As long as you have more than 1/4" clearance at each extreme, you are good to go.  Without seeing it, though, my guess would be that you will not have a problem.

I'm running BFG TA 245/60's on 15x7 ralleys on front and there's no issues at all.  One thing to consider is that the torsion bars on my car are stock height, and it could be a different story if I started cranking down the front end by adjusting the bars.  So unless you've done that they should fit fine and they look great filling up the wheel well which is what I was going for.
