727 small block trans
« on: April 22, 2010 - 08:24:10 PM »
The last week in 2008 that I actually had a job I went to a pic and pay and pulled an A727A from something like a mid-80s pickup. I had been anticipating being off of a project for about a month, and I figured I could rebuild this one and replace my leaking trans in roughly that time, or at least make a good dent in it. Well, as luck would have it, I was out of work for more than a year. Now that I have a job, I have no time to work on the car and no house, so no place to do any work, so I see no good reason to hang on to this.

I paid $75 at the pic and pay, and invested my labor. If anybody here wants it, I'll take the $75 I shelled out for it. Obviously, this is one of those "it's better if you can pick it up" kind of deals.
