LOCKING GAS CAP

Looking for a original locking gas cap , the ones you push to lock and fit to the filler tube under my flip top cap , they dont repo these so need to find a original some how ?? any one got one ?? :clueless:

You can find them on ebay every so often but they aren't cheap.  One in good condition can sell for $400.   :faint:

No, but they're worth almost as much.  :lol:

They haven't been made in nearly 40 years and unfortunately there weren't all that many of them produced to begin with.

I just picked up a locking gas gap from Jim's Auto Parts for the under the Flip Top Fuel Cap.
Works really good, Looks good, Fits like a glove, turn the key a 1/4 turn and it pops up.
Push down to lock it. Made of black plastic.
It has two solid tabs and two retractable tabs when you turn the key for the mechanism.
Not Original, But Affordable, and it does the Trick.
