Seat Belt Disassembly

Does anyone know how to disassemble the seat belt clip assembly on '70?  The pin has chrome heads on each end.  Are they pressed on?  Any pictures or exploded views available?

You have to pry one end of the chrome pin out with a small screwdriver. Hope this picture helps
