I try to stay on top of zombie matters by watching a lot of horror movies..

The Chiller channel has plenty of "B" zombie movies to keep me up to speed

A really good source of information is the Zombie Survival Guide and WWZ (World War Z) by Brooks.  Great books.  The Survival guide is great.  I unfortunately don't have any rifles like that in my home but I have one at work.  I have plenty of blades.  The best part about the blades is you don't have to reload them   ;)

You guys should have seen the Emergency Zombie Survival Kit a mate and I created while we were deployed to Iraq last year.  It contained two crowbars, a combat lifesaver kit (mega first aid pack), a machete, two aluminum baseball bats, we each had a pistol, an uparmored HMMWV (HUM-V in civilian talk) several gallons of water, two camel backs, 50 MREs, a range finder, binoculars, a bag of tactical equipment and several changes of cloths, 25 gallons diesel fuel, 1 rope 100' long, a small shovel, maps and a plan to bug out if necessary.  All stored in two tactical backpacks in the back of the HMMWV for a quick out.

I'm in the process of building a similar kit at home.  Currently I have the bat, the machete, a "CLS kit" of sorts, a pistol, water, MREs and a plan.  But that's about it.  I need to boost it up!

Dang, I'm a little rusty.   :misbehaving:

Was it chop off the head or just poke something (bullet/spike/hammer/etc.) into the brain?  :clueless:

And what if the zombie is hot looking?  What to do....
