 nice condition unrestored 1970 rallye cluster with switchpanel and lightbar. Lightbar wiring will be included. 

Ammeter was bypassed, so I guess it`s toast.
Can`t remember if the clock worked.
reset knobs gone.
couple scratches on woodgrain surface.

I don't think you are out of line at all. You are including the light bar that looks in great shape and lenses are not warped with the delay light included, the gauge lens looks great, the gauge faces wouldn't need re-silk screened and it is a four switch panel. Plus you are including shipping.

Maybe you could try the M word - Moparts or even Ebay.

The 70 - 71 rallye clustes with the switch panel are very hard to come by in that condition.
