As a huge Detroit fan I was not expecting that......congrats though Topcat good I didn't have to start a post again this year asking you where are the sharks 

I'm glad Chicago beat Vancouver...I think this Sharks/Blackhawks series is going to be something...sharks have been facing a lot of challenges...I think they haven't seen nothing yet...like to see the hawks take this one no disrespect to you Top

Unbelievable...first Alexander Ovechkin now Sidney Crosby...the last time Montreal beat the defending Stanley Cup champions on the road in game 7 was in 1971 against Boston

You answered the exact situation...Upsets all over the league.
And do you really think it's about to end? Fraid not!

You better take another look at the Sharks Roster from Top to bottom. The reason why I say this is because the Sharks adapt faster to opposing differnt team styles than anyone else in the league. Add to the fact the leadership and speed on the team and you have a dynamo. They do fold at times, but under pressure, they perform. Ask Detroit.

It's going to be fast Hockey for sure. Whoever Wins the west...(Yes I think the Sharks will)   ; Will beat the slower Hockey style of set up and shoot the Eastern teams tend to favor for the Stanley.

I'm pulling for the Sharks to win this year too.  They have been one of the best teams the past 3 or 4 years and have never won the cup.
I usually root for a Canadian team, but the only one left is Montreal and I HATE Montreal.
Another reason I like San Jose is because Joe Thornton is from my home town and I've played some pick-up hockey with his brother Alex.
Also my best friend lives in Los Altos and is a die-hard fan.

So lets see if the gremlins stay away this year and the best team wins.
