What do you mean 'set up perfect'? Alignment wise or height? Either way, you are going to take it out of alignment if you remove the K-member, because you have to remove the torsion bars and either the upper control arms or lower control arms. Basically, support the car on the frame, back the torsion bar adjusters all the way out, remove the LCA with the T-bars, and lower the k-member. Obviously, there will be more or less work depending on how far stripped down the car currently is....but to answer your question - you cannot remove the K-member without removing the torsion bars.
