Today I was riding my MC around the back country of San Diego.  I was going down Old Julian Road and saw a Ferrari Enzo cruising.  Pretty rare and cool.

I have seen a 2009 Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione (?) a couple times at a Cars and Coffee here in Dallas (Plano, TX), which I believe there are less than 500 sold world wide, and less than 100 in the US.  It is a very beautiful car if you have not seen pictures before.

From time to time there is a local guy cruising around in a blue '70 Superbird... looks like original unrestored. Has those little plastic U.S. flags on each side of the rear wing.

2 weeks ago, I was driving to Monterey, CA. Right next to me was an early Ferrari Superfast from the mid sixties. Ironically, I just watched a show on cars being sold at Christies auctions. One of em was a Ferrari Superfast. It sold for over $400,000. I read later that there are about 32 of em in existence.

There are alot of exotic cars out here. One show here but costs big bucks to go to is the Concours De Elegance in Monterey.

ferrari`s, aston martin`s or maserati`s are not very rare overhere since there is a pretty big dealership in my hometown.  A few weeks ago a BMW Z8 almost blew my pants off though.... that was a cool rare ride  :burnout: :2thumbs:

I guess the rarest car in the neighbourhood is at my house   :woo:

Late '80s I saw a Hemi Cuda convertable driving north on 15 here in San Diego.  I couldn't believe it.  At the time I did not know about cloning if it even existed back then.

A few years ago I saw a Ferrari 250 GTO on the back of a flatbed being taken somehwere.  That car is worth a few million.  In retrospect the car is so rare and valuable I am wondering if it was a replica.

A couple years ago the owner of the shop next to the one I have worked in for the last 15 years came by.  I have never met him nor have I seen what was in the shop.  He was using it for storage and lives up in the bay area.  He was cleanign it out and rollled out a few rare cars and motorcycles including a Lamborghini Islero and an old Ferrari from the '60s I forget what it was.

The first and only time I went to the Mopars at the Strip, we went to the Hoover Dam and on the way out, 2 of the original Hemi cuda convertibles went right by us and parked in a lot down the road.  Cool sight to see for sure watching those cars cross the dam.   :grinyes:

I saw a '67 Hemi Satellite today at the local weekly car show here in Poway.  Owner says he has had it 40 years.
