Six Pack Baseplate
« on: May 29, 2010 - 12:50:29 AM »
I'm trying to find a six pack baseplate to run a six pack air cleaner setup on my 340 with a 4bbl carb.   I can only find setups for 383/440 motors.   Any idea where to get one for a small block?  Thanks guys

That would be an air grabber or ram air base from a B body and they never made them for a small block, maybe for an A body I'm not sure.

Either way I think the carb size on the base of the air cleaner is the same so the  big block base should fit a small block just the same.

Yup, I bought my 340 Six Pack assembly for a 4 barrel from Steve at the above address provided by Alaskan TA.  In fact, I bought the assembly Steve used on his car.
