There were some pics posted several years ago, and i was wondering if somoene could share them with me again. I am getting ready to glue mine on and want to be certain of location, as mine didnt have one when i bought the car.

Sorry I don't have any pics of that on my computer.
If it helps, the seam is down by the lock. You glue it on, and you will have some extra weatherstripping to cut off. This goes around the trunk opening NOT on the trunk lid. The groove side faces outward... At least I think mine had a groove. Sorry, it's been about 9 years since I did this.

Does it lay right up against the inside edge or down in the gutter? My stripping is the soft seal brand, it has a curve to the one side. The curve faces outward?

I loaded a few photos for you at this link;

I hope they help some.
It sure is great to have a site available to us without the photo upload issues.

Thanks for the pics. I was thinking that it laid right along the edge, but i wanted to be sure. I hear you on the pic issue. I havent been able to upload any for quite some time, and i havent had time to do much with my photo bucket acct.
