I dont really know where is Cluster Lightbar stuff? Do you mean it go here Intrusment Cluster?:

But It already got 3 bulb on it: Brake Waring Light, Oil Pressure Ind and High Beam:

I found this Bar!!

But, when these 3 bulb light on? I turn Head Light on, but these 3 little isnt on. What these light for?

Thos lights should go on with the parking lights and headlights. Those are your gauge lights.

I got it!

Those wasnt on cuz it didnt have ground(I havent install it in the Light Bar so no ground wire), It ON now
