blower motor???
« on: June 09, 2010 - 10:56:31 PM »
on my 74 challenger,, i pulled the glove box out to test my blower motor.. i have power going into the resistor and out.. i cant find my repair manual to get any help on removing the motor.. is there any way to get to the connection at the motor without pulling the heater box out?? i am pretty sure the motor is either dead, not pluged in or not grounded.. kinda hopin for a quick/easy access repair before pullin it all apart..... thanks

thre blower motor plugs into the the resister pack on the heater box , the only way to remove the blower is to droop out the heater box , first remove the glove box then the J bolt up injto the passenger side vent then the 3 bolts around the blower motor under the hood & the box willll slide out them remove the cable & the heater box can be removed from the car assuming it is a non A/C car
