What source on the fuse panel is:

HOT when the ignition switch is in the START position, but NOT hot when in the run position?

No fuse. Either the ignition switch  Run 1 run2  or it may be a dual ballast with one side burnt out

Yeah, I  :iagree: I don't know what dodge thought this was such a great idea. But he is right. I had the same issue once.  :2thumbs:

What are you trying to accomplish?

You could use the "start"ckt to trigger a relay while the key is in the "start" position only, if you so choose.  Relays cost about 5 bucks at the local parts store.
