    trunk weatherstrip placement

    Does the trunk weatherstrip on a 71 Challenger fit over the lip of the water channel or next to it? Mine seems to be glued on and sits next to the lip which I am not sure is correct.

    they are all glued up to the lip with the seam at the latch area
