    "usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

    The vinyl top rivets rusted the sail panel terribly. I almost did some filler repair but I'm trying to use as little filler as possible. The rest of the quarter is in fine shape and I couldn't justify spending another 600+ on a quarter for such a small repair.
