That's wild!
The size difference is hilarious, one time I was having trouble spotting my buddys 69 Charger at a show.
Finally found it hidden behind a late model Mustang.

Looking good, that white interior works so well with the B5 on the 73.  As for the modern Challenger, the thing that always jumps out at me is how much taller the car is and how much higher you sit.

Well I have a some miles on the Challenger now and after the transmission shifting issue I found out it was a kickdown linkage problem. I had my wife follow me and told me I have no brake lights and looked under the dash by the steering colum and I never put the brake light switch in so it never got hooked up. I fixed a crack in my lower dash moulding for the map light so it is ready to be put on. I hope it cools off so I can put some more miles on the Challenger as today was the 7th day in a row above 100 degrees even though it seems to not run hot at all. I worked on a used set of rally wheel center caps which I had bought some paint for another set in the early 90's and still had some left so I put it to good use. Here are some pictures.
