What was the difference between the Canada and US made specs? Y05 and Y07 - Sales destination for the car.

What is B17? - Most likely the scheduled production date, where is it on the tag?

A05 - Protection Group? - This could also be the scheduled production date also if it is on a different tag?

The B17 is in the third row down from the top:

FE5 H6XW 000 B17 C16928


A05: There is just one tag. On the second row from the top:

V1W A04 A05 C16 C55 G31

OK, so a 1970 Challenger from the Hamtramck plant then?

B17 is the scheduled production date (not necessarily the date built, it varied a lot) Nov. 17, 1969 (1970 model year)
