Possibly a dumb question but does a RT challenger instrument cluster fit a 1970 Cuda.
Thanks
Paul (slowly but surely learning more about american muscle)

The clusters are inter-changeable. 70-71 are the same and then 72-74 are the same. The 70-71 has the clock and speedo reset knobs outside the actual gauge, while 72-74 has them through the plastic directly into the gauge.

There's this one that needs an oil pressure gauge, there's others on ebay too.

The 70-71 also had a 8 grand tach and the 72 on used a 7 grand tach.

You can usually pick up a completely restored 70-71 clusters for around $1000-to $1200. Un-restored versions go for 400 to 600 depending on condition. The 72-74 versions usually go for slightly less. I have a couple of real nice 72-74 versions packed away somewhere. I have a perfect 70-71 version that's already restored but it's going into my 70 RT SE.
