Master cylinder ID help needed

Anyone see one like this?  It's in my '70 318 with stock discs in the front. 

Just wondering if I should update it since I have discs in the back now and my brakes leave much to be desired.

you need a different master or at least remove the residual pressure valv ein the master for the rear drum brakes
