Custom Fender Tags

Hello all,
   I don't mean to start a war on fender tags here. This is for a basket-case 1974 'Cuda (no engine and trans) that I will be ressurecting into a 1971 in appearance with custom driveline and suspension. What I would like to do is have two tags made that would display options as I am installing in my custom Barracuda. The engine will be a modern HEMI or V-10, so the engine code would be a 'non-original' number (perhaps today's coding). And I would like to put a "Dedicated to..." on the second tag, as well. I would want my company name along the top of it, too. In effect, this would be a novelty item to personalize the car. Though I would like it to be done on an original looking blank tag.
    Is there anyone out there that might be able to do a custom piece like this? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

tell them of your intentions , perhaps a letter of intent would also be a good idea as to not induce folks to think you are looking to fake anything.
i think its a cool idea , with the modern code , and dedication.

    I appreciate the recommendation. I don't feel it's right, ethically or legally, to falsify with 'correct' numbers as fraud would likely be the only driving force. After all, the VIN of the car's final Title will likely be state issued (missing the original dash), and the remaining numbers all over the car show it being a 1974 'Cuda. The engine and trans are long gone, which is why I chose it as a project car. I can do my own thing to a 'junk' car without feeling like I took an authentic car out of the loop. Anyone who looked at it would not be fooled into thinking it's an original HEMI 'Cuda (or anything like that), simply a nice finishing touch on my 'dream car" build.
