Prepare to be Judged - First Copies
« on: August 08, 2010 - 01:41:59 AM »
I received my first proof copies of my second book this week. I'm very excited. This book was much more fun than my other one (computers) since it's really in line with my passions.

Thanks. The general overview is that we all have fun enjoying our cars and others but the fact is that all the cars are being judged all the time. It's not just at a show with a guy and his clipboard, it could be at the curb when someone is walking by. We're all judges at some level. This book gives an overview of the judging process and what the judges are looking for.

I cover all the areas that the judges inspect and give insights on how to improve and in many cases it doesn't cost a lot of money. It's been clear from my judging experience that most everyone has an idea of how to prepare but don't have the full picture. It's also good for folks who may be new to car shows/cruise-ins and may not have the confidence to join in the fun.

There are lots of books about how to show your horse, goat, pig, guinea pig, dog, or cat, but there's no books on how to show your car, until now.

Did that answer your question?

Those details aren't quite worked out but it's likely to be in the $15 range. I'll be sure to let everyone know when it's available.
