70 Cuda WIW ??
« on: August 02, 2010 - 09:52:45 PM »
Just curious to what you think a 1970 Cuda 383 big block 4 Speed car is worth?
Genuine BS23N0B car.No motor or box, needs trunk floor, wheel tubs & qtr patches.Frame is supposed to be solid.Looks ok from the photos I've seen.
Needs full resto.
Missing a few parts-front bumper,rear seat.
Don't really have any more details/options than that as the car is 1200kms away.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for any feedback.

I'll bite.....I would say it would fall in the $6000 to $10,000 range depending on how bad the rust issues are, and how many more "small parts are missing.  It's the little things that add up when restoring any car.  so, the more complete and less metal work raises they value.  Plus pic would help with the estimtes.

Good luck!

Is there a fender tag?  Cause the dash isnt a 70 dash and the pad is blue. The car seems to have been red. You need to ask if all the body numbers match before you persue any further. It shows to be an auto matic as it sets now. See if the nums match the rad support, cowel, door sticker n dash vin. It's a 3k car to me thats if the nums aint swapped/ Non matching anything there

From the markings on the windshield, it looks like it came from a tow lot. :2cents:
