I'd say you're probably correct about it not being an R/T.  A/C dashpad, non-a/c controls shows the dash pad may have been changed.  The bezel under the speedo is for a non-rallye dash as well.  Doesn't look like an original 4-speed tunnel but if it is, did they even make 4-speeds with A/C?  Would be very interesting if you could find the rad support numbers...just my $.02.

Yeah it looks suspect. They did make R/T 4  speeds with air in 70 with the 383. In 71 I think the 340 or the 383 could be ordered with air and a 4 speed.

im looking for a set of ralley rims 15-8 or 15-7 with trim rings and centers
