Thanks I have a repro bolt on ASC&P T/A hood and wanted to make sure.
It was pined with 4 pins before on what was used as a race car who needed a taller hood. Had it since 2005 and just getting around to it again now.
So I closed up the rear holes and blocked it out, and wanted to do all major work so I could fill the low spots.
I also Media blasted the underside to get the paint off that as well.
The only other hood I have is a glass R/T bolt on hood that was on my now parted out 71 since 1984
I cut the crappy scoops that came with it back then made a ledge for the factory scoops to be installed. And then added a factory section of metal cowl vents from a damaged parts hood.
It was needed since motor would not fit under a stock metal r/t hood
It is not a hack job was done clean lol

And thena slight coat filler.
So I have no metal hood to go by and no fender here. Going to do both hoods and "Know" that they are done for later use
