I found this the other day. You can buy a kit to convert your new challenger to a daytona/superbird.

I do not hink very many will be done. It looks cheap as you said and the 16,000.-41,461.00 + labor is way to much.

I saw the car at SEMA last year in person and thought they did a good job on the conversion. True the original wing cars were B-bodies, but the only 2 door available currently is the Challenger. If I had extra money lying around i would have one. That blue one looks pretty cool.

So what the heck does the $41K package get you beyond the $16K base package?  I think this is going to be a love it or hate it deal.

So what the heck does the $41K package get you beyond the $16K base package?  I think this is going to be a love it or hate it deal.

I think all the bells and whistles listed here:
Performance upgrades include three different supercharger kits designed for the Challenger’s 6.1-liter Hemi V-8, as well as KW coilover suspension Magnaflow exhaust systems. Other items include a vented hood, a ground-effects bodykit, a custom paint job for the interior and new seats.

Base kit:
This ‘base’ package gets you the revised front fascia, pop-up headlights, aluminum hood (with a T/A-style scoop), the trademark massive rear wing, new taillights, and 20 inch wheels. Inside, there’s a modified instrument cluster, a unique shifter, and HHP floor mats.

I wonder if they've wind tested this at what speed?  I see a big front spoiler but looking at the angle of the nose, before they put that big spoiler I would imagine a fair amount of lift at highspeeds....
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I'm sorry but that is just wrong.  Nice job on the conversion, but winged cars were not based on the E-body  :nono:
