70 Challenger in Central NC
« on: August 27, 2010 - 07:33:35 PM »
I have two Challengers for sale.

First is a 70. Was a 318 S.E., now just a rolling shell. Has rotten floors, still some usable parts. Solid engine compartment, roof, quarters. Wheels, steering wheel and pass. door are NOT included. NO VIN tag, NO title. Looking for $800.

Second car is a 72 base model Challenger, was 318 3-speed, Hemi Orange. Has rear end, but no front suspension.  Right front frame rail is tweaked, will need straightening. Frame, quarters, cowl, roof are mostly rust-free. Floors need help. I have VIN, fender tag, CLEAN title.

A CC.com member was theoretically buying this car, and I spent over $200 getting the title, but he flaked without warning.

72 is SOLD!

Just giving a bump before bad weather hits in those areas that get it....LOL

Brought the green 70 to my house last week and got a better look underneath. Rear frame rails are rusted through where the car sat on the ground for years (NOT my fault!) Door and A-pillars, top of cowl (lower windshield area) are rotten through.

Lower cowl/firewall, inner fenders are nice. Quarters and extensions are usable.

Might still be good for a drag car or parts car.

Make an offer, come & get it or it will get sawzalled this Winter.
