Cruise control lever knob
« on: October 08, 2010 - 12:48:52 PM »
How is the plastic knob on the cruise control lever attached to the metal arm?
Is the plastic molded on, pressed on, threaded or glued?
I would like to disassemble it and make it look and work like new.

the one on my 73 Barracuda looks slightly different than that and I've never had it off to see how it attaches, sorry.

That's it exactly.  Mine has an exposed wire than runs from that down the backside of the lever to the column.
