My brother's 65 Fury 2 door hardtop came from Palm Springs.
It was bought new by a lady who died and the car fell into the hands of her nephew who was always going to restore auntie's old car.
Some 10yrs later he realised he was never going to restore it so he pushed out the front with a sign "For sale,no brakes,doesn't run"
My mate who imports cars to Australia spotted it abt 3yrs ago,got it to run and bought it back.
It's got all the original dealer info,warranty papers,broadcast sheet,certicard,original plates and a bag full of receipts,etc dating back to 1965.
I couldn't believe how many exhaust systems that car went through!!!!
It was AC with 335hp 383 and all complete and original with 140,000 miles.
Interiors been restoed in it but it rally needs paint.
