5.7 Computer Tuning
« on: October 14, 2010 - 09:40:52 PM »
I am doing a 5.7 Swap into my cuda and before I drop in the motor I am planning to do a few mods including a cam. My biggest concern though before I do this is getting a stock computer tuned to run the engine. Does anyone know of someone or a company I could have this done at?

I've used B+G Performance out of Michigan. But honestly - it was not a good experience.
I'll let it go at that.

Any chance of documenting the process?  I have distance dreams of doing this someday.  I'd really like to see the little details that only personal experience can share.  They make it sound easy in the Magazine tech articles.

But life has taught me, the last 5% is 95% of the effort.

Thx

I will defiantly be taking pictures and stuff of the build as I do it. But all I have right now is the engine and wiring harness. (Still need to find a computer) I wont be starting the swap itself for a bit either untill the motor is built. So maybe at soonest I will start on things is December.
