Quarterpanels
« on: September 12, 2010 - 02:07:38 PM »
My quarterpanels seems to be crap on both sides, will post some pics in my thread soon. Now, will the replacement quarterskins also fit a convertible? If not, how can I
fix the wheelopenings? Is the difference between full quarters and skins the top
towards the roof and trunk?

As far as I know, makes no sense to buy a full quarter panel for a vert.  You shall cut the upper area anyway.   I've just bought AMD skins and they fits pretty nice. I'm still working to the final trim but I hope the following pictures can help you.  :sadwavey: :sadwavey:

Had a talk with Ken from the link above on the phone. Seems to be a very nice guy
knowing what he is talking about but I think that route will not fit the budget of my project. :(

If you guys are looking for quarter skins the company that seems to be the cheapest in price is AUTO BODY SPECIALTIES inc they are located in Connecticut but so far they really seam to have the best prices on their  metal panels
