radiator coolant line locations
« on: October 29, 2010 - 08:15:05 PM »
I need to run new coolant lines for my Barracuda. My question is this my car originally was a 6 cyl and still has the original radiator in it,now has a 318 are the locations on the radiator for the coolant lines in the same location as a V-8 radiator.I was looking at a set of lines from Herb`s Parts for a S/B 904 tranny and don`t know if they will bolt right in to my 6 cyl radiator or will I need to do some modifications to the lines to make them fit.

My lines are 10" apart almost if not on center of the car at the radiator.....Clear as Mud?

Yes all the e-body tranny lines go in at the bottom, there is quite a bit of bend in my OE lines so that it would be possible to locate them an inch or two either way. I don't anticipate that you will have a problem.
