I have Comp Cam magnum roller rockers on my 360 magnum. Yes they cost $$, but the ratio was actually a little more than advertised, not less like you mention typical of OEM.
I believe you are correct that $$ aftermarket will be more likely to have the correct ratio.
Could you buy a couple of TRW replacement rockers (budget price) and check out the ratio. The last set I bought seemed well made, but I did not check out the actual ratio.
Keep in mind the small block mopar has the foolish lifter angle issue, such that the lifter rise is not what the rocker arm sees; some lift is lost due to the lifter centerline not being in line with the pushrod centerline. Thats where IMO getting correct rocker arm ratio such as your striving for, or increasing the ratio can only help offset the lift loss due to the lifter angle.
