Interior trim paint
« on: November 02, 2010 - 11:36:28 PM »
As I understand it, sem is the paint of choice. I need to paint the column black as well as the dash frame. Is there any difference between the blacks?  Also I need to paint the interior window trim white. Is there a proper color code for this?

One last thing. It looks like there are various textures for each of these. What would be the best way to prep and get the right look?

Thanks again.

SEM trim black works great for the dash frame and column.

For black interior pieces, I have found the Krylon semi-glass black (pn 41613) to be good match.

I know that some of the paint is called suede! so don't paint it gloss or semi gloss suede has a texture to it so make sure you have the correct kind of paint before you paint!! tech support at year one might be able to help you out! they have helped me out several times!!
