custom ralley wheels idea... what do ya think?
« on: December 05, 2010 - 12:20:43 PM »
Before tearing my car apart I bought a new set of Ralley wheels from Wheel Vintique. I did 15x7 for the fronts and 15x8s for the rears. I toyed around with the idea of getting the 10 inch versions but I want the tires to tuck up in the fender wells as the Welds did plus I didnt like the off set look. I also like the "drag look" of skinnys up front and fats on the back. So here is what I have come up with. I'm going to send my new wheels out to have the fronts narrowed 2 inches off the back side and the rears widened 2 inches to the back side so that if you view the car front the side it appears to look stock. While doing the new Dana 60 I'm doing the spring relocation kit and intend on running 325/50/15 drag radials out back and 195/60/15s (same as what was on my welds) on the front. What do you guys think of this idea?
