I rebuilt the front suspension on my 70 Challenger recently. I didn't buy any tools but already had a hydraulic press. I did make some tools like the ball joint socket, the torsion bar removal tool and various bushings and press tools. If you don't have these items or can make them you need: A ball joint socket and a good impact wrench, a heavy duty "C" clamp with fine threads to use in place of a press, and a torsion bar tool in place of a pipe wrench. Also you will need a flat fork to remove the tie rod ends and pittman arm joints. Oh, and a big hammer! PK
