    Anyone know what this connects to?

    (blue wire/connector in the center of the picture) its been disconnected since I purchased the car and everything seems to work. Carb choke? It comes from the harness behind the distributor.

    there is an idle solinoid to close the center carb when you turn it off to prevent run on , your system seems to be missing it as most are

    thanks, I thought it had something to do with the carb. Every once in a while I will get a little run on. It may cough for a few seconds. Its ugly when it happens.
